Usage
To maximize the flavor of your Doi Chang coffee:
- Degassing: Allow roasted beans to degas for at least 5 days before brewing. This allows carbon dioxide to escape, resulting in a smoother extraction.
- Storage: Store freshly roasted coffee beans in our foil bags or airtight containers away from sunlight and humidity.
- Grind Freshly: Grind your coffee beans just before brewing for the best flavor and aroma.
- Water Temperature: Use water heated between 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit (90-96 degrees Celsius) for optimal extraction.
