Usage

For the best results:

  • Grind your beans right before brewing for maximum freshness and aroma. We recommend a medium-fine grind for most brewing methods.
  • Experiment with different brewing methods to find your preferred flavor profile. Drip coffee, pour over, French press, and Aeropress are all excellent choices for highlighting the unique characteristics of these beans.
  • Use freshly filtered water and adjust the brewing temperature to your liking. A slightly cooler water temperature (around 195-205F) can enhance the sweetness and floral notes in this coffee.

Store unground beans in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and air to maintain their freshness for up to 5 months. After opening, we recommend consuming them within 3 months for optimal aroma and flavor. Ground coffee loses its aroma and flavor quickly, so it should be consumed within 3 weeks of receiving the product.
