**Roasting Level Guide:**
- Light Roast: Similar to fruit tea with a mild coffee aroma. Refreshing, mildly bitter, with a light fruity finish. (No oil on the bean surface) Suitable for hot menus.
- Medium Roast: Soft, smooth, sweet, juicy, with hints of berry flavor and caramel aroma. Medium-strength flavor (slightly bitter), with noticeable sweetness. (Slight oil on the bean surface). Suitable for both hot and cold menus.
- Dark Roast: Rich flavor, full-bodied, strong aroma, distinct coffee flavor, not burnt, with a sweet and bitter taste reminiscent of dark chocolate, no sourness (bean surface is coated with oil). Suitable for cold menus (making coffee with milk).
