Cup Test:

Sweet sugarcane aroma with a hint of juiciness, roselle, wildflower, and herbs. A slight zingy finish, clean and crisp.

2) Huai Thon Honey Slow Dry

Taste Notes:

Dried Strawberry, Wild Honey, Floral, Stone Fruit, Sugarcane

Aroma:

Red flowers, stone fruit, and sugar cane juice are also present. The sweetness is long and sweet.

3) Huai Thon Natural Slow Dry

Taste Notes:

Processing Technique:

Similar to the Honey Rank 5 TCE 2023 Coffee, using CO2 gas fermentation for maximized microbial activity and a moisture absorption drying process for slow drying.
